Adapted Play - Open Gym

Adapted Play – Open Gym is a free activity open to all S.Au.S. members. It encourages social skills, cooperation, and communication among children through fun, unstructured play. It also offers parents a chance to connect, share experiences, and build supportive relationships with other families. This program helps strengthen community bonds and fosters a true sense of belonging.
Cooking Club

The Cooking Club is a semi-private class designed for autistic teens who need moderate to significant support. Participants learn basic cooking skills, explore new recipes, and gain confidence in the kitchen while enjoying the sensory and social aspects of preparing food. The program promotes independence, teamwork, and a sense of achievement in a relaxed and supportive setting.
Dance Class

Our adapted Dance Class is a semi-private program for autistic children and teens who need moderate to significant support. Through movement, rhythm, and creative expression, participants improve coordination, build confidence, and experience the joy of dance. With a focus on fun, inclusion, and self-expression, every class is designed to be positive and engaging.
Family Swim

Family Swim is a free activity open exclusively to S.Au.S. members. It offers an inclusive and enjoyable experience for children, where families can spend quality time together in a calm, welcoming setting. The program strengthens family bonds, provides a space for parents to relax, share with others, and promotes socialization in a safe, members-only environment.
Music Therapy

Our Music Therapy program is a semi-private class tailored for autistic children and teens who need moderate to significant support. Using instruments, rhythm, and song, participants can explore new ways to communicate, regulate emotions, and build self-confidence. Music becomes a tool for expression, connection, and joy, guided by a certified music therapist in a safe and supportive space.
Soccer Fitness

Soccer Fitness is designed to make group sports more accessible for autistic children and teens who need extra support. With patience, structure, and encouragement, participants can develop physical skills, teamwork, and confidence while enjoying the fun of soccer. The program balances physical fitness with social interaction, giving every child the chance to succeed and feel included.
Teen Club

Teen Club is a welcoming social group for autistic youth aged 13 to 21 who need moderate to significant support. This program offers opportunities to build friendships, practice social skills, and share experiences in a safe, inclusive environment. Activities are chosen to match the interests of the group, encouraging teens to connect, grow, and enjoy a sense of belonging.
